Evan was born and raised in the Bay Area, where he grew up an avid Oakland A’s and San Francisco Forty Niners fan. He obtained his undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy from the University of California at Santa Barbara, during which time he also completed a one-year study abroad program in Padua, Italy.
After graduating from U.C.S.B., Evan worked in various customer service jobs for nearly 10 years, affording him the opportunity to travel both in the U.S. and abroad.
In 2011, Evan applied for and was accepted to the William S. Boyd School of Law where he became a member of the school’s prestigious Society of Advocates (SOA) as part of the Negotiation Team. While in law school, Evan worked as a law clerk for one of the premier First Amendment and Intellectual Property Firms in Nevada, before joining one of the top Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firms in the State.
After graduation and passing the bar exam, Evan began working for a small Plaintiff’s-side personal injury law firm, where he worked for nearly 6 years. While there, he assisted in the trial of what was at the time, the largest slip-and-fall verdict ever, as well as a subsequent eight-figure premises liability verdict against a Las Vegas Homeowners Association.
Evan feels honored for the privilege to practice law and be able to help people in their time of need and is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes possible for his injured clients.
In his spare time, Evan enjoys traveling and spending time with his fiancée and son, playing golf, and reading. He is still an avid fan of the Oakland A’s and San Francisco Forty-Niners, and along with much of Las Vegas, has become a hockey convert, attending Golden Knights’ games whenever possible.
