As a claims attorney, Emily has the opportunity to interact with clients during the pre-litigation phase of their cases, where she works tirelessly, negotiating to get the best settlements possible for her clients. Making sure clients feel heard and respected is of the utmost importance to Emily. One of her favorite parts of the job is the teamwork between the attorneys and the case managers, who are the backbone of the claims team. Emily is always eager to learn new and creative techniques to help her represent her clients in the most effective way.

Outside of work, Emily has five rescue dogs. She affectionately calls her dog Bailey “Bighorn Bailey.” Bighorn Bailey is famously adored around the office.
